- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp green onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Rice: Combine hot cooked rice with butter until well mixed, then transfer to a large bowl.
- Heat the Egg: In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil and fry the egg sunny side up or over-easy.
