  • 4 large baked croissants (broken into pieces)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Evenly spread the broken croissant pieces in the prepared baking dish and layer the berries on top.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the croissants and berries. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or up to overnight.
