- 200g Biscoff cookies
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 32 oz full-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for caramel sauce)
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter (for caramel sauce)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel sauce)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Caramel Sauce: In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until golden brown. Stir in butter until melted, then add warmed heavy cream and mix well with vanilla extract and salt. Let cool.
