- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
- 1 1/2 tsp fine salt (for frosting)
- 10 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, room temperature (for frosting)
- 1 cup cookie butter
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, room temperature
- 12 Biscoff cookies (cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup cookie butter (for assembly)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pans.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cream the unsalted butter until fluffy; gradually add dry ingredients until combined.
