- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 12 oz gluten-free farfalle pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp dry shallots
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 12 oz shredded parmesan
- 1/4 cup pasta water
Instructions
- Boil gluten-free farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a bowl, combine paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Pound chicken breasts gently and season both sides with the spice mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Cover and cook on medium-low heat for an additional 10–12 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Remove chicken and melt butter in the same skillet; add dry shallots, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for one minute.
- Stir in gluten-free flour, then slowly add chicken broth and heavy cream while whisking until smooth.
- Mix in shredded parmesan cheese until melted; adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce until evenly coated; slice the chicken and place it on top before serving.
