- 3/4 cup whole milk (warm)

- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup roasted unsalted pistachios (chopped)
- Egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water)

- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Gradually incorporate warm milk until you form a sticky dough; knead until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and place cold butter between parchment paper, flattening it out. Position the butter on half of the dough and fold over to encase it completely.
