Ingredients
- 7 ounces dark chocolate melting wafers
- 5 ounces soft caramels
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or whole milk)
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 ounce white chocolate melting wafers

- nonpareil sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by placing candy molds on a stiff baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate wafers in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Coat the inside of each mold with melted chocolate, adding a second coat if necessary. Chill for about 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt soft caramels with heavy cream until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans.
- Fill the chilled molds with the caramel mixture, leaving space at the top for chocolate.
- Cover each egg with remaining melted dark chocolate and chill for another 20 minutes to set.
- Carefully unmold eggs and decorate with melted white chocolate and sprinkles as desired.
