  • 1 and 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 4 bananas)

  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with granulated sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Gradually mix in flour and baking soda until just combined, then gently fold in mashed bananas.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl mixture.
  5. Layer batter and cinnamon mixture in the prepared pan, swirling each layer before adding more batter.
  6. Top with any remaining batter and garnish with banana slices.
  7. Bake for approximately 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
