Instructions

  5. Stir in vanilla and optional almond extract gently.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
