Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a round baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish and drizzle with half of the balsamic mixture.
- Add the remaining potato slices on top and drizzle with the rest of the mixture.
