- 1.5 lbs small potatoes (halved)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 lb smoked turkey sausage (sliced into rounds)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place halved potatoes in the crock pot and season with pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning.
- Add the stick of butter on top of the potatoes.
- Layer green beans and diced onion over the potatoes, then sprinkle with remaining Cajun seasoning.
- Top with sliced smoked turkey sausage.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring gently once an hour.
