- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup vegan butter (softened to room temperature)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup raw cane sugar
- 1 large egg (at room temperature)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, arrowroot, and sea salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the vegan butter, brown sugar, and raw cane sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until just combined.

- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
