Ingredients

- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions

- Add egg yolks and both juices; whisk until well combined.
- Cook over low-medium heat while continuously stirring for about 10-15 minutes until thickened.
- Add rosemary and stir for an additional 5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a bowl containing butter; stir until melted and smooth.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least one hour.
