Ingredients

- 2/3 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)

- 1 cup corn flakes

Instructions
- Prepare 6 silicone muffin cups in a muffin tin.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with 2/3 tsp of coconut oil in short increments until smooth.
- Divide the melted chocolate into the cups, coating the bottom and sides, then freeze to set.
- Crush corn flakes in a zip lock bag and mix with pistachio cream in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Fill each chocolate shell with the mixture and press down gently.
- Melt any remaining chocolate and pour over each cup to cover completely.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
