  • 50 ml mineral water
  • Oil for frying
  • 50 g Kadayif pastry
  • 100 g pistachio cream
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 3050 g milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, egg, milk, and mineral water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. If using butter, melt it in a pan over medium heat and add Kadayif strands until golden brown. Combine with pistachio cream and tahini.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour half of the batter to form one pancake; cook until bubbles appear before flipping.
  4. Fill each pancake with the pistachio mixture, roll tightly, drizzle with melted chocolate, and serve warm.
