- 30 – 50 g milk chocolate
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, egg, milk, and mineral water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- If using butter, melt it in a pan over medium heat and add Kadayif strands until golden brown. Combine with pistachio cream and tahini.
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour half of the batter to form one pancake; cook until bubbles appear before flipping.
- Fill each pancake with the pistachio mixture, roll tightly, drizzle with melted chocolate, and serve warm.
