  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 small cube of ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large baking dish, combine coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil; whisk until smooth.
  2. Grate in garlic and ginger. Chop bok choy and zucchini; stir into the broth mixture.
  3. Add frozen dumplings in a single layer without overlapping. Press them slightly into the broth and cover the dish with foil.
