Ingredients
- 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped)
- 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons onion (finely diced)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, spinach, onion, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt until well blended.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface and separate into triangles.
- Place about one tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly toward the point.
- Pinch off small pieces of dough to form bunny ears and attach them to the top of each rolled bite.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
