Ingredients

- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar, for rolling
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 58 M&Ms (or 2 per cookie cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix and flour; add melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix until blended.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat in sugar.
- Place balls in muffin tins; bake for 14 minutes until edges are golden.
- For ganache, heat white chocolate chips and heavy cream in a saucepan until smooth.
