Ingredients

  • 12 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 small carrot (for decoration)
  • 6 black olives (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice a small amount off the bottom of each to create a flat base. Cut off the top third of each egg.
  2. Gently pop out the yolks into a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fill a Ziploc bag with the yolk mixture and pipe it back into the egg bases.
  4. Decorate by using olive slices for eyes and carrot pieces for beaks.
  5. Arrange on a platter and serve fresh.
