- 12 large hard-boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 small carrot (for decoration)
- 6 black olives (for decoration)
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice a small amount off the bottom of each to create a flat base. Cut off the top third of each egg.
- Gently pop out the yolks into a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- Fill a Ziploc bag with the yolk mixture and pipe it back into the egg bases.
- Decorate by using olive slices for eyes and carrot pieces for beaks.
- Arrange on a platter and serve fresh.
