  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 small boxes (3 ounces each) assorted Jello flavors (like lemon, lime, raspberry)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, dissolve one box of Jello in boiling water, then mix in cold water.
  4. Pour half of the prepared Jello into the crust and chill until partially set (30-45 minutes).
  5. Once set, spread the cream cheese layer over the Jello.
  6. Chill again until firm (30-45 minutes), then prepare the second Jello layer using the remaining box.
  7. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours until fully set.
  8. Top with whipped topping before serving.
