  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, vegetable oil, and sour cream until blended. Add sugar and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until a dough forms.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets using a cookie scoop. Flatten slightly with a glass.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
  7. For frosting: Cream together butter and milk; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
