- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups sugar

- 3 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, vegetable oil, and sour cream until blended. Add sugar and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until a dough forms.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets using a cookie scoop. Flatten slightly with a glass.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
- For frosting: Cream together butter and milk; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Once cookies are cool, frost and decorate with sprinkles.
