  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup (120g) chow mein noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups (250g) milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (100g) milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter (optional)
  • Pastel candy eggs (2–4 per cookie, depending on size)
  • Optional: Colorful sprinkles or nonpareils

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet until a soft dough forms. Shape into 2-inch disks and place on the baking sheet; bake for 8–10 minutes.
