- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Scramble the eggs in a skillet until cooked through, then set aside.
- Slice each croissant in half horizontally and lay them flat.

- Brush the butter mixture on one side of each croissant half.
