- 4 cups fish stock (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (8 ounces)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt (divided and to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
