  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and egg; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in fruity pebbles and white chocolate chips.
  5. Use a cookie scoop to portion out dough onto the prepared baking sheet; roll in extra fruity pebbles if desired.
  6. Bake for 9-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
