Ingredients
- 200g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 tsp olive oil or butter for vegetables
Instructions
