- ⅓ cup unsalted butter (softened) or plant-based alternative
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 5 tbsp milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and granulated sugar; sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, apple cider vinegar, gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt; mix until well combined.
- Knead dough until smooth, place in a greased bowl covered with a towel, and let rise in a warm spot for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle.
