  • 3 cups cooked rotisserie chicken (cubed)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 ounces canned green chilis
  • 18 ounces green enchilada sauce
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray and spread about 1 cup of enchilada sauce in the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, green chilis, and 2 cups of cheddar cheese until well combined.
