  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Dice the potatoes and chop the onion while mincing the garlic.
