- 1 small onion (sliced thinly after halving)
- 4 green onions (cut into 2-inch lengths, plus extra for topping)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine finely chopped ginger, gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and black pepper to make the marinade.
