  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs (about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
