- Gradually pour in the chicken broth while scraping browned bits from the pot; stir until combined.
- Bring to a simmer, partially cover, and let it simmer on low for about 15 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken, spinach, evaporated milk, and gnocchi; cook over medium-low heat for an additional 5-10 minutes until heated through.
