These tender baby potatoes are coated in a rich, flavorful glaze made from soy sauce, honey, and garlic. They are not only quick to prepare, taking just 30 minutes from start to finish, but also versatile enough to complement various meals.

- 1 1/2 lb Baby Potatoes (washed)
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, water, and sesame oil. Mix well to create the braising liquid.
- In a large pot, bring water with a splash of white vinegar to boil. Add washed baby potatoes and cook for 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cooked potatoes and pan-fry for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour the prepared braising liquid over the fried potatoes. Toss gently and simmer for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion before serving.
