Ingredients
- 250 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g Milk chocolate
- 200 g Butter or baking spread
- 150 g Golden syrup
- 100 g Malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken up)
- 75 g Mini vegan marshmallows
- 200 g Maltesers
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper, greasing it lightly to hold the paper in place.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, mini vegan marshmallows, and Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture over the fillings and stir until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined tin and smooth it down. Top with remaining chocolate to fill gaps.
- Decorate with extra Maltesers on top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until firm.
- Slice into pieces and enjoy!
