- 1 red pepper (roasted)
- 1/3 cup walnuts (toasted)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup red pepper paste
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Roast the red pepper until charred. Allow it to cool before peeling.
- In a food processor, combine the roasted red pepper slices, walnuts, onion, garlic, and optional chili pepper. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the red pepper paste, breadcrumbs, tahini, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, cumin, coriander, Aleppo pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra virgin olive oil, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and fresh mint.
