- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 and 1/4 cups blended old-fashioned rolled oats (to flour)
- 2 and 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat the softened butter until creamy. Add the packed brown sugar and mix until fluffy.
