  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Additional chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish and chill.
  2. Create the cream cheese layer by beating softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
  3. For the pecan filling, heat brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter in a saucepan until melted. Stir in beaten eggs, vanilla, salt, and chopped pecans; simmer until thickened.
  4. Layer the cooled pecan filling over the cream cheese layer and top with whipped topping and additional chopped pecans.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
