Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the cubed chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes), then set aside.
