  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg (for filling)

Instructions

  4. Prepare the pistachio cream by mixing ground pistachios, powdered sugar, almond flour, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Shape croissants by cutting dough into triangles and adding a spoonful of filling before rolling.
  6. Allow croissants to rise for about 1 to 1.5 hours.
  7. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with crushed pistachios, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown.
