Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.

- Mix in cooked corn kernels and smoked paprika, stirring well.
- Pour in half-and-half and add crumbled feta cheese, stirring until melted.
