  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (optional for a little heat)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, apple vinegar, horseradish (if using), sweet pickle relish, salt, and pepper until smooth. Chill.
