- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (optional for a little heat)
- 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, apple vinegar, horseradish (if using), sweet pickle relish, salt, and pepper until smooth. Chill.
