  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)

  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by dicing the chicken, onions, bell peppers, and celery.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine diced chicken, onion, bell peppers, celery, garlic, cajun seasoning, oregano, crushed tomatoes, and chicken broth. Stir well to mix.
