  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 260 g ladyfingers
  • 23 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries (powdered)

Instructions

  2. Make the mascarpone filling: Whisk mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks and fold gently into the mascarpone mixture along with cooled syrup.
  3. Assemble: Dip ladyfingers in syrup briefly, layer them in a dish, then spread half of the mascarpone filling over. Repeat layers and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
