Instructions
- Blanch the beef ribs in a large pot of cold water for 3-4 minutes to remove impurities. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, combine blanched beef ribs, chopped daikon, sliced ginger, and garlic. Fill with about 2 liters of water until all ingredients are submerged.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer with the lid on for 45 minutes to an hour until the beef is fork-tender.
