Instructions

  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover partially with a lid, and simmer for about 90 minutes.
  3. After simmering, add radish slices and garlic. Stir in soy sauce and sea salt; cook for an additional 10–15 minutes until radish is tender.
