Instructions
- Preheat the grill and prepare aluminum foil for the salmon.
- Grill the salmon on foil for 12-15 minutes until cooked through, alongside pineapple rings until charred.
- In two bowls, layer chopped romaine, avocado slices, red onion rings, and grape tomatoes.
- Whisk together teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and optional sugar in a mixing bowl.
