Ingredients
- 8 eggroll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, jalapeños, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
