  • ⅔ cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon freshly diced parsley (for garnish)
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil (for finishing)
  • Pita chips or sliced pita bread

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed to incorporate all ingredients.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning by adding more red pepper flakes or lemon juice if desired.
