- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ –2 ½ teaspoons milk or cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together egg, granulated sugar, Greek yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined. Carefully fold in fresh berries.
- Spoon batter into muffin liners, creating a small dent in each for the cream cheese filling. Add cream cheese mixture into each dent and top with remaining batter.
- Sprinkle streusel topping over each muffin. Bake for about 30-35 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown.
