  • 2 Green Peppers, Cut Into Slices or Diced
  • 4 Cups of Spinach
  • 6 Cups Of Chopped Iceberg Lettuce or Romaine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried Parsley
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 packets of Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 10 ounces (approximately) of Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup of Rice Apple Vinegar
  • A Large Handful Of Parsley, Cut the Leaves From The Stems

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped iceberg lettuce and spinach together.
  2. Artfully layer the sliced cucumber, Brussels sprouts, green onions, celery, and green peppers on top.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried parsley to taste.
  4. For the dressing, blend avocados, ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and rice apple vinegar until smooth.
  5. Gradually add parsley to the dressing and blend until fully incorporated.
  6. Serve the dressing on the side or toss it with the salad before serving.
